My son recently had his wedding Rehearsal Dinner at the Woodbridge Inn, and they were so fantastic to work with. We had appetizers before dinner, and there was a choice of 3 different main courses which were served. The dinner was delicious and the staff, including the bartenders, were so professional, friendly, and helpful. The Inn is very quaint and historic and the dining room is the perfect size for 50 people. The tables were beautifully decorated. We had a larger welcome party on the wrap around deck after the dinner, and the setting was perfect. The wedding guests stayed in the 17 rooms at the Inn which was so convenient. I am so thankful for Katherine and her amazing staff who created a special and beautiful evening.

We had the rehearsal dinner for my son and now daughter-in-love at the Woodbridge Inn. The venue was warm and inviting and the food was wonderful! Katherine Chaffin and her staff were a pleasure to deal with, from the early planning stages until the big event. They handled everything and we could not have asked for a more beautiful start to a new beginning! Thank you all so much for being such a blessing!
What a wonderful experience. If you like a piece of history, then you need to stay here! The Inn was built in the 1800s. Of course there's been renovations, but old charm is kept for all of us to enjoy! We stayed in room 14 and it was precious!! Self check-in and out was new to us but instructions are sent to your email. Follow them exactly and you won't have a bit of problems.
We were in the area visiting wineries and made dinner reservations here before heading home. We were pleasantly surprised at how good it was from the service to the food and cocktails as we have Atlanta standards. I had the smash burger with dill aioli and am still dreaming about it! The fries were also cooked to perfection. A simple meal but so flavorful. My husband had the chicken bowl and enjoyed it as well. We Finished off with a tasty apple streusel dessert. Our server was fantastic and never left us needing anything. I can’t remember her name, but she was very pregnant and working harder than anyone in the room. Kudos mama! And kudos to the chef! We will be back!
A wonderful escape to the Georgia mountains. The food at the tavern is wonderful. Every meal is created with local flavors and freshness. The inn was comfortable and charming. Nothing fancy just relaxing and very quiet. The wooden bridge enhances the charm with each traveler that crosses giving the rumbling wood life. A fun way to spend a fall weekend.
My husband and I had brunch there this morning. We were blown away by each of our meals. I got country fried steak and gravy, 2 over easy eggs, and mixed veggies. My husband got 2 over easy eggs, bacon, grits and rye toast. Everything was perfect. Can’t say enough! Will definitely be back
